Main Rules - breaking these rules will lead to disabling your account!
* You may ask questions to administration only if you have read the FAQ! If FAQ doesn't provides you answer to your question, then:
1) Inquire Fistline Support (you can find them on bottom of this page)! If Firstline Support doesn't knows answer or is not able to help, then:
2) Inquire Moderators. Moderators will try to help as far as they can. But you must remember, that they are people too and they have to answer a lot of different questions, that's way answer may be delayed. And only if moderators doesn't know answer, then:
3) find your answer from Administrators. Don't bother System Operators(SysOp) with your questions! If administrator won't be able to answer you, he will send question to SysOp himself.
* Seed your torrents as long as it is possible, if you won't do that you will get warning.
> Don't use bad language at the forum and torrent commentaries! Bad behavior will lead you to warning!
You will get one warning! If you will continue it that spirit, you will be banned/disabled!

Download Rules - breaking these rules will end with loosing ability to download.
* As longer you will seed new torrents, as faster you will earn good ratio (look in FAQ)
* If your ratio ir lower than 0.4(zero point four), you will get one week warning! If you won't be improved your ratio to 1(one), you will be banned/disabled from tracker.

Forum and torrent comment rules - better follow these rulles or it will end bad.
* Don't behave agressive! Don't use swear words!
* Don't trash other people topics with offtopic!
* Write in english or latvian, tracker can't read other languages any way. Exceptions can be with titles of music.
* It's forbidden to post links to cracks or other illeagal places! In case of breaking rule you will be warned by PM. If you won't listen to this message and repeat that again you will be banned.
* It's forbidden to ask for cracks, cd-keys and illeagal files on tracker! If any torrent includes software that requires activation and/or serial number then go to developers homepage and buy that licence(activation and/or serial number), or contact uploader using PM!
* Please don't post pictures that are larger than 800x600px (eight hundred to six hundred).
* Don't make double posts! If you have posted anything then use function 'EDIT'. Exceptions are allowed if nobody had answered you for 2(two) days or more.
* Make new topics at adequate section.
* Read FAQ before asking any question!

Avatar Rules - if your avatar won't be according to rules it will be deleted and you will be warned!
* Allowed picture formats are: .gif, .jpg, and .png.
* It's forbidden to use which are pornographical charecter, religy or race discriminative.
* Try as avatar use pictures that are not larger then 150(one hundred and fifty) px and 150(one hundred and fifty) KB.

Upload Rules - torrents, which won't agree with rules will be deleted!
* All torrents must have *.nfo file.
* If the file you are uploading is old, then upload it only if someone had requested it in section - Requests.
* Seed your uploaded torrents untill it had been downloaded by at least 2(two) stable seeders.
* Don't upload anything besides music(music videos and softwares accorded to music are allowed).
* Don't upload your personal files, DC++ and other P2P softwares are made for that.
* Don't upload rar,zip or any compressed files.
* Don't write in russian, because then a lot of users won't be able to read that.

Who is on our tracker - what thas mean all these classes?
Power User - more cool than simple user.
Donor( ) - have donated to tracker or helped with improvement.
VIP - have privileges same as Power User, immune against automatic class demoting.
Uploader - users who have access to new files and fast internet connection. If you want to became an uploader then apply in forum.
Moderator - be afraid of them. They can delete and edit torrents and forum posts. They can do a lot of things with users who have behaved baddly. They can promote to VIP and Power User class.
Administrator - can do almost anything.
